Oskar's Blog... May Part 2

16th May
Knackered from the weekend so i slept quite a lot. Which meant that when it came to getting to sleep when Mummy and Daddy turn off the lights i was not tired one bit. so i cried lots do they would keep me company.

17th May
Went to the library today. I had fun loads of books there. We met Grandma where she showed me off to her friends. I kept Mummy up all night last night. I think i may do it again...

18th May
Met Terri againg today, this time at her office for coffee. We all had fun. Then we went to the Doctors. Oh my god... I've had burnign spikes jabbed into my legs, both of them, Jesus it hurt... Daddy was holding me at the time, so it must be his fault. We will have words later. Mummy held me close when we got home as it kept hurting. She took me shopping which i did not enjoy at all so I screamed half way through, which ment we could come home. Not enjoying today one bit.

19th May
We had words after the "Jabgate" incident as i'm calling it now, Daddy was home late - maybe i said too much last night, while I was up for a few hours at 2am? Everything else is going well, Mummy and I went for a walk. she did the walking, I sat and tried to sleep.

20th May
Apparently its a friday, Mummy has been going on about it all day. It turns out, that during this thing called a "week" Daddy leaves us for some reason. Then at the "weekend" he comes back to play with me. It might be okay for him, but i really miss him during the week and i know Mummy does, so its time to put my foot down.

21st May
Daddy dressed up today in a suit - I know Mummy said it was weird as well! He left after lunch and then Mummy and I went to Grandma's where they talked about some Euro-vision thingy. Apparently its this awful talent competition between countries, with some chap called Terry talking about it while getting drunk. Mummy and Grandma must get really, really bored when Daddy and Gramps go away to watch this muck!

22nd May
It's my 2 month birthday! Sunday, the day of rest. Apart from of course, my Mum and Dad! where it's another great day of running after me! well I am the centre of the universe.

23rd May
Mummy and I went to Mormor's today, we had fun. I waited up for daddy to come home, then we had a bath, that was great fun, lots of splashing and some yellow things, which everytime Daddy got hold of, he went 'quack, quack, quack'. I think that the strain of having me join the family has gone to his head. Maybe i should get Mummy to get me a new Daddy? as this one is broken.

24th May
Went shopping today, I never realised that my first few months would involve sleep, eating, the odd bath, lots of nappies and becoming my Mummy's new shopping buddy! I can't wait to walk, then I can spend the time in the fun toy deparments instead of clothes shopping.

25th May
Showed off the clothes today! we wnet to the doctors where i got weighed. I am now officially 11 Lbs. 10¹/₂Oz. Oh yea, who eat all the pies....? Well it was Daddy actually, but at least i'm taking after him.

26th May
Mummy spent all day taking photos of me today, it was great she made me laugh lots!

27th May
Daddy worked from home today, as he had to go to the dentist. He didn't stay long though, while he was on the computer he was making me laugh I had a great time. So much so, that i didn't want to go to bed.

28th May
We went to Windsor today and bought a cot! yep, I am now a big boy, I have my own bed not some basket they nicked from Waitrose! It is a great cot Daddy didn't take as long building it as I would have thought. He's not as stupid as he looks!

29th May
Spent the day with Mummy and Daddy, we visited Grandma and Grandpa's then went to Mormor's and Uncle Al's. I Looked cute a lot and got loads of smiles.

30th May
Apparently it's a bank holiday, don't know why they seem to do bugger all the rest of the time, so why they need an extra holiday is beyond me. Maybe i'll find out when i'm older.

31st May
Back to normal, Mummy and I having fun and missing Daddy lots. We did loads in the house, well Mummy did, I 'Managed' the task list and made sure we got our naps at the right time. I think Mummy liked that.
